Day 19/Indie Travel Art Project: Have you ever been to South America? What stands out?

The closest I ever got to Machu Picchu was a layover in Lima from 12:45am-2:30am en route to Brazil. I had a Pisco to celebrate my arrival, and could feel the power of the Andes calling me. Or maybe it’s the llamas!
