Miami Beach, Florida: 6-36 hrs
Miami is a hub of international business travel. I was here for 36 hours but only had about 4 hours of downtime, so here is what I did with those 4 hours:
1) Eden Roc Rennaissance Miami Beach - a great place to stay - it’s beachfront and bayfront propoerty was recently renovated in the hight of Miami Style. They have every amenity you would want, including 4 swimming pools, a large, state of the art fitness center, an ELLE spa and 1500 Degrees restaurant run by Paula DaSilva.
2) Nikki Beach - have lunch, dinner, or beverages here. It’s a great way to experience South Beach.
3) LIV at the Fountainbleau - if you want to get your groove on, go here
Transportation:
- Flat rate taxi from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Miami Beach is $32.
Bus from MIA to Miami Beach can be ridden for $2.35
