iSeatz is an award-winning white-label travel platform for global travel, financial services and entertainment companies to sell travel ancillaries and trip extras. Brands like American Express, IHG, Air Canada, OpenTable and Hertz rely on iSeatz ancillary merchandising solutions to connect their customers to unique experiences around the world. My role was to build a marketing department.
As the first Marketing and Communications resource, I was responsible for positioning, messaging, PR/AR, thought leadership, ABM strategy, content planning, product definition, KPIs and establishing new marketing team processes and roles.
I was commissioned to perform competitive analysis, build defensible differentiators, and craft value-driven messaging for key personas. Deliverables were used to develop content, PR hooks, product marketing assets and sales tools.
